Meet Our Team

Dietitians Ext. 4070 or 4720

Our registered dietitians work to meet your dietary needs during your stay. If you have questions about your meals or diet, talk with your nurse.

Housekeepers

Your room is cleaned daily by a member of the housekeeping staff. If you have any housekeeping needs, talk with your nurse. Staff will respond as soon as possible.

The Medical Staff

The doctor who admits you is responsible for directing your care while you are in the hospital. Ask to speak with your doctor if you have questions about your illness or care.

The Nursing Staff

24-hour nursing care is provided by a team of professional registered nurses, licensed practical nurses and nurse assistants. A director is responsible for directing and coordinating nursing care on each unit. Talk with your nurse or the director if you have questions or concerns.

Pastoral Services

Your priest, minister or rabbi always is welcome to visit you while you are here. If you do not have a spiritual counselor, volunteer chaplains are available. Ask your nurse to contact the operator or house supervisor. Services are available 24/7.

Patient Accounting Ext. 4470

A representative from the Patient Accounting Department can answer questions about your hospital bill and help you interpret financial policies and billing procedures at the hospital. After discharge, call Patient Accounting at 918-294-4470 Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Social Workers/Case Managers

Social workers are assigned to each patient care area and are trained to help patients and family members deal with financial, social and emotional problems that relate to illness or hospitalization. Department members help patients and families deal with long-term illnesses and rehabilitation, and are involved in discharge planning.

Volunteers Ext. 4818

Volunteers contribute many hours of service to the hospital. They supplement the services of the hospital staff in many ways and can be identified by their nametags and black vests. To become a Hillcrest South volunteer, contact the volunteer coordinator at ext. 4818.

We Are Here to Serve You

If, at any time during your stay, you have a question about who is caring for you or you need help for any reason, please ask. Our staff members will find the right person to provide you with the care you need.
